Small tips:
1. Plain WeaveIt is used for the majority of applications and is the simplest weave. Each wire is passed over and under each adjacent wire in both directions.The wire diameter and mesh count are usually the same in warp and weft.The mesh has a large free open area and a high flow rate making it suitable for most straining and sieving purposes. Mosquito mesh is available in a plain weave stainless steel and Aluminium. 2. Twill WeaveThis is frequently used in very fine meshes and it is less rigid than plain weave. Each wire is passed alternatively over two and then under the next two cross wires. By staggering the weave a diagonal pattern is obtained in which heavier wire diameter can be used than would be possible with a plain weave of the same mesh counts
